If you change your mind on an item purchased online, you may return it for an exchange or refund, providing that goods are returned within 30 days or a timely manner and also meet the below conditions. For Change of mind refunds a 10% handling fee will be applied
To return/exchange an item, please check that:
• Goods are in saleable condition
• Goods are unworn and unused with original packaging and Label
• You have retained a copy of your Tax Invoice
Please note that the above change of mind policy does not impact your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations.
You need to photograph your items for return and email or sms to GreenMoxie with your address we will arrange the shipping and forward you a link to book and pay shipping the returned goods , on receipt of the goods they will be inspected to determine that they meet the conditions of return if you change your mind to obtain a refund.
Return your items for FREE at GreenMoxie Factory. Simply ensure your goods match the above return conditions and present a copy of your Tax Invoice. For online orders, please note that your Tax Invoice is your email confirmation outlining that your item has been shipped or is ready to pick-up in Depot or Factory. Your Tax Invoice must be presented in order to obtain a refund.
Please note all return items are reviewed upon processing to ensure they meet the return conditions listed above. Goods that do not match return conditions will be returned to the customer.
If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are not impacted by the change of mind policy or limited by a defined timeframe.
The Australia Consumer Law does recognise that:
• The relevant time period for faulty items may vary by product or service depending on the nature of the goods or services
• The price paid
• Any representations made about the goods or service
Where you believe an item is faulty, your goods may be sent back to be assessed within a reasonable period of time. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund or exchange
If the failure is minor, at GreenMoxie’s discretion we may replace the item or refund you within a reasonable time.
When an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, GreenMoxie will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. GreenMoxie will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds for all purchases will be facilitated through your original payment method, except in the following circumstances:
• If the purchase was made by PayPal for in-store returns, the refund will be processed to a credit card issued in the same name of the purchaser .
